If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please let us know so we can solve the issue or refund your money. You have 30 days after getting your order to do so!

Got the wrong item?

Shoot! We work hard to make sure everyone gets the proper order but sometimes we make mistakes (we're only human). Please reach out to us at support@deserves.com and send a photo of the wrong item and let us know the item you were supposed to get!

We'll be sure to get you the right item ASAP! Depending on the wrong item shipped we may let you keep it or pay for it to be delivered back to us! It all depends :)

Damaged Goods?

Although rare, it can happen. Please send us a photo to support@deserves.com and we will be sure to replace the item for free or refund your money depending what you want! We're here to look after you!
